This course aims to educate participants in how to maintain, repair and upgrade their PC.

- Introduction to computer terminology and maintenance concepts.
- Adding, removing and updating software.
- Diagnosing and repairing a problem computer.
- Upgrading sound and video.
- Adding memory.
- Creating and maintaining a basic network system.
- Detecting and preventing viruses.
- Working with Windows and configuration.
